CFRC has a longstanding research interest in compact city planning policy and the development, management, governance and planning implications of apartment buildings and estates.
We have a particular interest in private strata titled (condominium) development and our research in this space spans property title and ownership structures, estate management, new developments, urban renewal and redevelopment, building upgrades and resident relationships.
CFRC’s research is at the forefront of this area and we regularly consult with government, community and peak body stakeholders in Australia and internationally on these issues.
