The research project aims to gain a comprehensive understanding of the future property workforce by identifying its key attributes, assess the current readiness of property practitioners and recent graduates to meet the evolving demands of this workforce, and explore necessary adjustments to property course curricula. This multifaceted approach aims to ensure that future property graduates are well-equipped with the essential knowledge and skills required to excel in the dynamic and changing landscape of the property industry.
